Katheryn has created a modified yoga class for those with physical challenges, flexibility challenges, balance challenge. You will feel it as a work out. The average age of my current clients are 70-80 years old/young. These clients can all do this very amazing healing and easier yoga class! And you can too! No matter what your physical situation, or age, this class has suggestions of modification that will make a difference for you. Use of straps, wall support for standing poses. This modified yoga class is great for sore backs, and super tight hamstrings, hip, knee and shoulder challenges. Build arm strength legs, ankles, wrist strength. Do modified poses with me! At the end of this yoga class, there is always a great progressive relaxation. Can't wait for you to see the peaceful lake scene I included.

In addition. I give you 10 minute stretches that you can do in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom (non sexual!) You can do these stretches in the morning or before going to bed. These simple stretches help to relief back and hip strain, and reduce fatigue.
